Coffee, tea & herbal teas

Morning coffee is one of the rituals a crew holds on to, even in a lively sea. The trick is bringing the right format: ground coffee for a stovetop pot, pods or capsules if the boat is equipped, instant as a backup when gas is limited or conditions make standing at the stove impractical.

Teas and herbal infusions round out the range and take up very little space on board. They also earn their keep late in the day and on night watches, when nobody wants more caffeine.

Remember to order sugar, long-life milk and filters at the same time: they are the most commonly forgotten items, and the hardest to replace once you are at anchor.
