Delivery
How does it work?
Kawann Supply delivers your orders straight to Marina du Marin, dockside or aboard your vessel, within 48 hours of your order being confirmed.
Preparing your order

As soon as your order is confirmed, our team prepares it and delivers it within 2 working days (D+2).

Payment is made by card online, by bank transfer, or in cash on delivery.

We recommend grouping all your items into a single order: each order placed separately is delivered separately, with its own fee.
Delivery method
When you place your order, you choose between two options:

Dockside delivery
your order is waiting for you on the pontoon, at the berth of your choice.

Onboard delivery
our team places your order directly on your vessel, following the access details you give us (vessel name, pontoon, berth number), whether you are on board or not.
You specify your preferred delivery date when you place your order. For chartered vessels (catamarans, charter yachts), we contact the charter company ourselves to arrange access on board and delivery on the agreed date.
Delivery fees are calculated automatically as a percentage of your order total, based on the method chosen and your customer category (Leisure, Professional or Charter). They are shown before you confirm your order, with no surprises.
